Abstract
The ISM band is an unlicensed band generally used in environmental studies, scientific and medical. The law depends to the government of each country. This study has focused on the European level to the frequency of 868 MHz these frequency standards require do not exceed the standard. The project was based on the realization of a LINC transmitter with class amplifiers. First of all in our project we have seen amplifier type we use (Class E) and the type of transistor (FET). The amplifier design was designed Agilent ADS program. And for characterizing matching networks have used the Smith chart and ADS lineCalc. The first thing was to find the bias voltages in order to characterize the S-parameters after the transistor. The stability calculations have been performed theoretically and graphically (ADS). The matching networks are realized with transmission lines by the fact simplify implementation. At this point the project was used to refine the tuning tool adaptation. At the end of the adaptation results were 33% energy efficiency and 23.88 dB gains. Networks were designed to bias choke coils and capacitors and decoupling respectively. The last step was to design the layout with the ADS program and subsequent installation and experimental data collection.
