dc.description | The goal of this study is the design, manufacturing and test of micro-force sensors based on MEMS technology. With a wide range of application it focuses on the characterization of the propulsive properties of the colloidal engines in the aerospace field. There is a wide range of applications for microforce sensors but in this project we have focused on the characteristics of colloidal engines for aerospace field in order to determine the resolution and the ranges of forces that the sensor should measure. |
