Lodz International Logistics Center: A bussiness plan for logistics

Abstract

The aim of this project is to develop the Łódź International Logistics Center (LILC) in the city of Łódź (Poland). The project consists in two parts: a market research for logistics on Poland and the placement and the development of LILC indeed. In the first part, I will do a general overview about different polish aspects such as Politics, Society, Economy, etc. The mainstream is that Poland has a lot of potential because their entrance in the European Union. In the second part, I will start by deciding the best placement for our centre. The selection will be made among different alternatives in the nearby of Łódź. Then, I will write about all the services that are offered by our centre. And finally, I will do a profitability study, including the expected incomes, expenses and investment. For conclusion, I will do a brief of the problems I have met doing this project and the conclusions of the project.
