dc.description.abstractEnglish: In this thesis we want to record a heart or lungs auscultation and send it to a hospital located anywhere in the world. To do so, we will use an electronic stethoscope, a custom made Bluetooth device and a mobile phone. We create a mobile phone program using J2ME language, which will handle the connection with the Bluetooth device, will set it up, record the signal, process it and send it through e-mail. Finally, we validate the received signal to make sure the whole process is successful.
