Environmental Efficiency Assessment on Spanish Urban Settings applying CASBEE methodology

Abstract

During the last dacade, local Spanish governments have been implementing new environmental policies towards sustainable improvements in cities. But many contries such as Spain have not established methodology to evaluate the efforts and achievements obtained. The purpose of my thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of Spanish environmental policies according to CASBEE-City methodology.
