(English) This thesis is the result of the intuitions, the same ones, but in a different form, that have guided the Spanish architect Enric Miralles throughout his short but prolific career. Intuitions that give rise to reflections on a conventional way of "doing architecture". The subject is not only the one who writes, studies, elaborates, thinks, draws. In this case, the subject is also Enric Miralles, the Catalan architect who died prematurely at the age of 45. Moreover, the subject is the architectural body in tension with its space: the body that fuses the building and the landscape without pouring into them another (over)reiterated dichotomy. In this relationship, it is common to define the time of an architecture: when it begins, when it ends, what life it has. Architecture does not die. Or rather, it should not die unless intuition ends. The relationship between subject and object is what then overflows in architecture in a description of facts, in an analysis of a project, in a definition of an idea and, not always, in the construction of a work.
For Enric Miralles, space and the architectural body are in continuous tension, and, in this way, architecture is exciting. Intuition must be visible in his "making architecture". That architecture that is never finished, even if it is built. That architecture that still manages to thrill because the subject is visible in the object. It is probably still too early to say with certainty what his true legacy is, but his "making architecture" can be an example to remind us of the origin of a lost originality (cf. chapter 5).
The world of Enric Miralles is vast and complex and, as Rafael Moneo states (cf. Preface), difficult to study in a few specific projects. However, to get started, research always needs a place on which to focus a narrative. In this case, it is Italy, the meeting and return point on this research journey, the place of formation and inspiration for Miralles. In the first part of the thesis work, we meet a passionate, but also non-conformist Miralles. In the seventies and eighties, the Barcelona School was fascinated by Milanese architecture, but Miralles' pendulum swung the other way to define his own methodology and language: his own path when, in fact, at that time the need to conform was vital to forget the long period of totalitarianism. Had these attentions to the ordinary not existed - the Rossi studies, the most ordinary, the participation in ILAUD - the dialogue between thought and construction (part two) would not have been created: a conversation that then generates the communication between space, body, and time. Finally, the continuity of the unfinished, the originality of remembering and recalling the origin of the idea (third part) would not have been derived.
The background to the research is Italy as the place of inspiration for Miralles, so that, through large, unbuilt Italian case studies, the work of Miralles is remembered, memorised and given a useful lesson to formulate new theories and related projects, as well as to reflect on a possible crisis of the architectural language. Today, fortunately, the work begun by Miralles continues. Benedetta Tagliabue is at the helm of a ship that two decades ago was thought to be sinking. The changes arouse perplexity and even fear, but they can be lived in, as if they were normal refurbished houses. Thus, the unfinished, which for Miralles persisted even in the finished construction, persists. It is present to turn towards an unknown future. In a certain way, the origins in an idea - that is, the way of authenticating the birth of a form, the importance of a geometry, the existence of time - continue, albeit in a different form, adapting to change and revealing a present originality.; (Español) Esta tesis es el resultado de las intuiciones, las mismas, pero de forma diferente, que han guiado al arquitecto español Enric Miralles a lo largo de su corta pero prolífica carrera.

(English) Mannerism is one of the most contentious concepts in the history of Western art, and it is significant that an author as controversial as Arnold Hauser (1892-1978) devoted a good part of his efforts to it. The controversies around mannerism and around Hauser are particular cases of a general problem: the establishment of a common framework of scientific rigor for the social sciences. The thesis explores their alignment with epistemological debates, while trying to contextualize them in the fierce struggle for survival of its protagonists: exiled intellectuals, seeking a place in the institutions of the host countries, in an environment marked by the Cold War, and by a rigid process of disciplinaryization that had lost the utopian thrust from which it was projected at the beginning of the century. With this, we try to contribute to recent efforts to reassess the figure of Hauser. Perhaps we may find, in his supposed dilettantism, his resistance to specialization and his institutional orphanhood, traits that suggest a possible model in times in which the omnipresence of terms such as 'interdisciplinary' or 'multidisciplinary' are the correlate of their effective absence. Block I tries to understand Hauser's motivations, outlining the keys to the thesis: Mannerism (1964) as a manifesto of heterodox Marxism, understood as a worldview. We qualify those analyzes that emphasize his romantic anti-capitalism. Building bridges with Benjamin, Marcuse and Adorno, we insist on those Marxisms related to the post-utopian moment in which revolution is no longer possible, from which the importance of an apparently solipsistic struggle is derived, similar to the apparent post-utopian solipsism of mannerist art. The chaps. 2 and 3 reconstruct Hauser's life and the gestation of the book drawing on archival research and documenting his condition as an outsider, his precariousness and exiles, as well as clarifying the link between the issue of the education of the masses and the problem of cinema, and mannerism. Block II deals with the controversies in the institutions that legitimize science: we outline some ideological and political correlates of the epistemological, methodological and stylistic disputes. The chaps. 4, 5 and 6 articulate the same historical journey, examined from different angles; the totality becomes elusive due to the reification of knowledge (Lukács, Adorno), but it continues to exercise its spell; the return to a relativism and pluralism similar to that of the early 20th century is confirmed. This explains, in part, the current relevance of heterodox Marxisms, which renounce systems, but not the search for truth in the struggle with form, in the configuration of discourse. Block III weighs the validity of Mannerism in dialogue with its reception. On the one hand, the methodological and theoretical problems surrounding the book; on the other, the praxis that emerges from the various readings that we find in historiography. The plot threads —the need for the heterodox and the outsider; of denying an optimistic vision of progress; of verifying that any pretense of a system has something dishonest, being more rigorous the renunciation of certain types of rigor— are deployed here in its most general thematization: the utopias and myths of the modern, correlate of the desire for systematization and formal rigor, naturalize capitalism, referring to an archaic drive: denying historicity. The type of redemptive alienation (chaps. 1, 6 and 8) is a reification that allows one to take control of the heavy burden of culture, without naturalizing it. If utopias and systems make it easier to deal with an elusive legacy, they do so by simplifying and dehistoricizing us. The seed of redemption that heterodox Marxisms find in the modern goes through pastiche and montage because, as in the paradoxical art of some mannerists, they preserve and make visible the contradictoriness of being.; (Español) El manierismo es uno de los conceptos más controvertidos de la historia del arte occidental, y resulta significativo que un autor tan polémico como Arnold Hauser (1892-1978) le dedicase buena parte de sus esfuerzos.

Martín-Nieva, Helena
(English) "Around and about the Arts in Barcelona" explores the slow, difficult introduction of music and visual arts of the avant-garde into the city between the years 1939 and 1960. It looks at the formation of a small audience with an affinity for these forms of art expression, at a time when not even artists such as Miró, and even less the music of Schoenberg, had a place in the cultural life of Barcelona.
A first hypothesis of this dissertation is that an alliance existed between some supporting roles who formed select circles to cultivate modernity in small alternative venues, faced with the bleak environment of Early Francoism. In turn, these same select circles, which were enthusiastic about the visual arts of the avant-garde, were equally interested in the latest music, both by composers of the Second Viennese School and the most ground-breaking proposals of the Darmstadt Summer Courses.
These supporting roles gained considerable autonomy beyond the artists they promoted and were essential actors to understand the artistic and musical life of Barcelona in the period 1939-1960. Thus, Joan Prats and photographer Joaquim Gomis promoted an account that would lead to an understanding of Miró's work and, in turn, supported various projects to recover Gaudí based on this avant-garde approach. Prats maintained the same approach when he organised the listening sessions of records by Bartók for Club 49.
In addition, this dissertation indicates that only in some small venues (Sala Gaspar, Institut Français or Bartomeu House) was it possible to find the combination of calm and curiosity required for active education in the new art. These spaces for socialising housed the select circles that are addressed in this study: the sophisticated Club 49, the specialised Manuel de Falla Circle and the active Juventudes Musicales Españolas.
To prioritise the clarity of the presentation, the first part of the dissertation is on the visual arts, with a focus on the experience of the "fotoscop", and the second part is on art music. However, in reality, the sociocultural and political framework is the same in both parts. Hence, the events and the people involved often coincide in time and space, to create a rich network of relationships that it is almost impossible to unpick but has been woven throughout the text.
The accounts outlined in each of the two parts use different strategies. In the first part, Gomis and Prats wonder how to photograph a work of art. In this account, two creators are intertwined: Miró, their close friend with whom they shared desires, confidences and projects, and Gaudí, a hero who had already died, who only left behind his architectural works in the city's streets. The "fotoscop" transmits these questions and provides interpretations of considerable impact on previous studies. In contrast, in the second part, it was necessary to start from zero. To explain the singularity of the music cycles of "Música oberta", promoted by Juan Hidalgo and Josep Maria Mestres Quadreny, the paths of the musicians, patrons and platforms of dissemination of the music in Barcelona from the end of the Spanish Civil War had to be reconstructed archaeologically. Previous analyses had only established a few aspects of a topic that this dissertation has addressed from a perspective of greater complexity: that of the vital constitution of a rich network between the agents.
The two objects of study, the "fotoscop" and "Música oberta", continued until the death of Joan Prats in 1970. However, the dissertation has tried to show that in 1960, they were already sufficiently defined as a concept and a form in the process of institutionalisation of the avant-garde. Thus, this study is based on an analysis of the artistic situation of the avant-garde in Barcelona in the decade of the 1960s, considering the development in the modes of cultural intervention that had been forged in previous years.; (Català) "Around and about the Arts in Barcelona" explora la lenta i difícil introducció de la música i les arts plàstiques d'avantguarda a la ciutat entre els anys 1939 i 1960, així com la gestació d'un petit públic afí a aquestes manifestacions artístiques, en un moment que ni artistes com Miró ni, encara menys, la música de Schoenberg tenien cabuda a la vida cultural de Barcelona.
2023-11-16T20:21:11ZMartín-Nieva, Helena(English) "Around and about the Arts in Barcelona" explores the slow, difficult introduction of music and visual arts of the avant-garde into the city between the years 1939 and 1960.
The research of the place of theatre in Palma explores the existing, disappeared and closed spaces throughout the history of the city. This catalog includes 113 performance spaces, some with ostentatious will, but most of them humble. An architectural typological system of leisure and culture that opens a series of questions: What is the reason for its construction? Who are its agents and its architecture? Which is the place of the theatre in Palma?
In this historical and urban research, the study of the space of the theatre becomes a mean to read the relationship between architecture and culture over the centuries. Beyond its architectural typology, it has been the theatrical and the performative event itself, with a broad scope, that defined the spaces of the theatre; where the architecture and the scenography create a meeting place, at the same time, in the same space, of actors and audience.; (Català) La investigació del lloc del teatre a Palma mostra els espais existents,

From the end of the 19th century, mining production began to decline, and agriculture became more important for the economy of the state of Sinaloa. With the projects of the post-revolutionary governments of the first half of the 20th century, this activity became the core axis for the development of the region. This event caused a population rearrangement and a gradual abandonment of the mining cities towards the valleys. This research deals with the transition from a small traditional city in the northwest Mexico to a modern urban nucleus. It seeks to reflect on the role played by local processes in order to achieve architectural and urban modernity. This analysis considers the investments of agricultural entrepreneurs as the engine that drove this transformation. The urban changes that were generated during the decades of 1940 to 1960 marked the course of what will be the city of the 20th century. This topic is analyzed from a historical perspective. The objective is to demonstrate that part of the profits obtained from the export of agricultural products, mainly to the United States, were used for the construction of various architectural and urban works that gave rise to the modern city. This phase coincided with the rise of Mexican Functionalism and the International Style, which gave rise to the creation of new urban and architectural spaces for agricultural entrepreneurs, as well as a public policy to provide the city with infrastructure and equipment to make it functional and hygienic With these changes, the agrarian elites imprinted a new meaning on the city and a reconfiguration of the urban fabric, giving rise to new itineraries, and routes that have been essential for the contemporary city. What we call in this work "a cultivated modernity" was engendered, since its main economic force was agriculture. Agricultural production generated enough wealth to transform a traditional settlement into a modern city, giving it special characteristics as it was closely linked to agriculture and the rural environment. This architectural modernity manifested itself in the different urban sectors, advancing towards the places that would later be occupied by the agricultural elites with their investments. It was a model where the benefits of progress were implemented in a fragmented manner. Many cities in Mexico and Latin America went through this process of architectural modernization during the 1940s and 1950s. With this work on Culiacán, we intend to follow the course of the cities of northwestern Mexico.; A partir de finales del siglo XIX, la producción minera comenzó a decaer y la agricultura cobró mayor importancia para la economía del estado de Sinaloa.

At the end of 1949, the American architect Peter G. Harnden (1913-1971), then in charge of the Marshall Plan's exhibition center in Europe, and the young Italian architect Lanfranco Bombelli (1921-2008), trained in Switzerland in the practice of Concrete Art, met in Paris. A fruitful professional and personal relationship began between the two -truncated in 1971 with Harnden's premature death- which trajectory, as surprising as it is unclassifiable, is centered on architecture, exhibition techniques and visual advertising. The aim of this paper is to describe, analyze and interpret - as an unicum - an architectural path as unexpected as it is still little known. Along this path, Harnden and Bombelli cross modernity thanks to an unprecedented compromise between the conditions imposed by their own present, characterized by the events of the so-called Cold War, and the yearning to achieve a particular interpretation of the most timeless Mediterranean tradition.
During the first years of the 1950s, Harnden and Bombelli developed from various agencies of the American administration installed in Paris (ECA, MSA, USIA) an intense program for the design and organization of the exhibitions that toured Europe proclaiming the advantages of the Marshall Plan, the history of the birth of NATO, or the advantages of productivity. Under the American's baton, Harnden's big band architecture, an international team of professionals who always work as a team, is in charge of the various traveling exhibitions that tour the old continent: Europe builds, Caravan of peace, Train of Europe, Productivity or Barges. The strategy also includes the mounting of several fixed exhibitions such as Wir bauen ein besseres leben or the organization of a series of exhibitions aimed at disseminating the benefits of atomic energy. From 1955 onwards, Americanization takes command and, commissioned by the Department of Commerce, they were responsible for designing the pavilions with which the USA participated in European trade fairs. In 1956 they founded in Orgeval PGHA Peter Graham Harnden Associates, an "international office of architects and technicians specialized in visual advertising and industrial aesthetics", where they dedicated, as independent professionals, to the design of all types of exhibitions for various American organizations. Their work included the pavilions designed for the Valencia (1955), Barcelona (1955, 1956, 1957) and Madrid (1959) Fairs, a series of imported rationalisms that made an impact on the general public, but also on local professionals, who took note of the advantages of dry construction, the efficiency of assembly and the visual possibilities of advertising.
In 1959, upon the recommendation of architect J.A. Coderch, Harnden and Bombelli visited the Spanish town of Cadaqués, "the only beautiful village left in Spain". Fascinated by the landscape, the geography and the effervescent cultural and social atmosphere of this authentic Mediterranean island, they decided to buy and renovate Villa Gloria, and shortly afterwards, in 1962, they settled in Barcelona and founded the firm Harnden&Bombelli. From then on, they combined commissions for exhibition installations with new projects, among which the houses built in Spain stand out. In barely a decade, their brief but intense work, both in Cadaqués and in other Mediterranean areas, establishes an unprecedented and enriching dialogue between modernity and Mediterranean tradition. A sort of Westinghouse regionalism that oscillates between a passionate respect for the landscape and traditional construction, and the uninhibited display of a particular sense of comfort. Artificially popular and with no other pretension than to go unnoticed, these houses are like exhibitions, organized in genuinely democratic living rooms arranged around the atavistic fire of the fireplaces.; A finales de 1949 se encuentran en París el arquitecto norteamericano Peter G. In the introduction to the first chapter of her book On Photography, specifically in the well-known text on the fragment of the film Les Carabiniers (1963) by Jean-Luc Godard, Susan Sontag refers to postcards with a certain contemptuous tone within the world of photography. In the text, Sontag refers to the moment when the soldiers return home loaded with postcards, opening our eyes to see photography not as a means of capturing the surroundings, but as a way in which the photo trade takes advantage of the medium to objectify and trivialize those views that, transformed into postcards, can be commercially profitable.Precisely that position of the postcard, apparently only commercial, but also naive, is the starting point of this thesis, which has set itself the objective of placing the postcard on the level and pedestal that, in my opinion, it deserves. The thesis is structured in three chapters, and is materialized in three tourist guides that illustrate, in turn, four albums of postcards.
1. The postcardLooking at it from the first decades of the 21st century, we cannot even imagine the great importance and transcendence that a postcard could have had at the beginning of the sixties of the last century, without going any further back. Its documentary value, as well as the visual and communicative information it provided, is unimaginable today. The first chapter shows a journey through the meaning, importance, typologies, historical framework, social uses and transcendence of the postcard-object.
2. “Greetings from USA” / Saludos desde España.The second chapter focuses on showing the backward situation of Spain, mainly its image, at the end of the fifties, and its evolution throughout the developmentalist stage, as well as the American reality of the same period, which will be referential and decisive in the modernization of our country. This chapter traces a journey along the prototypes of modernity through its images, the new modern monuments, fruit of capitalism and consumption. The image of the United States was disseminated through the country’s cultural and entertainment industries, including of course –although it has not been taken too seriously up to date – postcards. Spain, like the rest of the Western European countries, desired a more comfortable life, with more free time for leisure and consumption, an attitude that provoked, at least in Spain, a drift towards Americanization.
3. Visual analysis of postcards. The third and last chapter focuses on the visual analysis of the front of the postcard: the content, the image, the photography, the graphics, the intentions of its designs, its manipulation, the trend and the insistence on certain patterns. The underdevelopment of the country, and that almost unbridled desire for openness, will multiply and exaggerate a carefree and optimistic image. Precisely the paradoxical duality between the identity of the hitherto Spanish and its modernization is what will result in an image full of disconnections, which originates an almost new graphic genre dominated by Spanishness and the most pop kitsch. It is important to emphasize the generalized and, above all, massive aspect that the postcard represents in the diffusion of the country’s image: hundreds, thousands, hundreds of thousands of images are printed and sent, recreating with the same visual “tics” the Spanish reality of the moment.; En la introducción al primer capítulo de su libro Sobre la fotografía, concretamente en el conocido texto sobre el fragmento de la película Les Carabiniers (1963), de Jean-Luc Godard, Susan Sontag se refiere a las tarjetas postales con cierto tono despectivo dentro del mundo de la fotografía.

This thesis explores the life and works of the Catalan architect Xavier Busquets Sindreu (1917-1990), focusing on his earlier professional stages, the exceptional training he acquired in São Paulo between 1951 and 1955, and how he adapted this knowledge to the Catalan reality of the time when he returned to Barcelona.
The research has been mainly based on the study of the documentary collection kept by the Historical Archive of the Chamber of Architects of Catalonia, a valuable material containing many of the works built by Busquets. The complex reality of São Paulo during the 1950s has been approached through secondary sources. In order to contextualize other aspects of his biography, we have also researched in other institutions, such as the Barcelona School of Architecture, the Royal Catalan Academy of Fine Arts of Sant Jordi, the Monastery of Montserrat and the Ministry of the Army. As Busquets had no direct descendants and his most personal documentation was destroyed, we finally have sought the testimony of people who knew him professionally or were part of his family circle.
As a first son of the well-known architect Guillem Busquets Vautravers and Maria Sindreu i Oliva, members of the Barcelona bourgeoisie at the beginning of the twentieth century, young Busquets grew up in a Germanophile family environment characterized by language proficiency and intellectual and artistic inquisitiveness. But his academic career lacked perseverance and was interrupted on several occasions by a controversial participation in the Spanish Civil War and World War II.
After the war, and already a qualified architect, Busquets arrived in Brazil, where he came to work with two renowned international professionals in architecture: the Polish Lucjan Korngold and the German Adolf Franz Heep, both coming from a solid branch of the European architectural modernity as disciples of undisputed masters such as Adolf Meyer or Le Corbusier.
After experiencing the throbbing momentum of São Paulo and participating in projects such as the Lausanne, Lucerne and Araraúnas buildings, Busquets had to reconsider the lessons of this training when returning to Catalonia, modulating this exceptional basis and starting a process of adaptation and consolidation in search of a professional practice of his own. This would lead to significant works, such as the Bellvitge housing estate, the residential units on Escoles Pies, Dalmases or Carulla streets in Barcelona and a series of corporate buildings such as the seat of the Chamber of Architects of Catalonia in Plaça Nova or the company headquarters for Caixa d’Estalvis i Mont de Pietat and Mutua General de Seguros on Diagonal Avenue, Sandoz on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, the Société Générale de Banque in Plaça Catalunya, or Hispano Olivetti in Madrid.
These works came along with other remarkable events, such as Busquets’ involvement in one of the first meetings of Team X, the III Hispano-American Biennial of Art and the founding of the early Museum of Contemporary Art in Barcelona, alongside his collection of pieces of art, designed to bedeck the unique spaces of his home.

A man of the world and cultured architect, always attentive to international current affairs, Busquets practiced a sometimes hybrid and heterodox architecture that raises issues such as the modernization of the architectural office, the role of arts in architecture, the legacy of European rationalism, the efforts to rationalize and industrialize construction or the technological references to the American-shifted International Style, among others. Acosta Mejía, Boris
This thesis looks at the original notion of heterotopia, followed by its interpretations and applications of different authors and disciplines. The course that takes this notion -from the strange to the generalised-, becomes a possibility to understand the nature of postmodern architecture; recognising it as heterotopic facilitates to assimilate its paradox: looking for the singularity one finds with the ‘urbanalización’.
The purpose of this dissertation is to analyse the notion of heterotopia proposed by Michel Foucault in his conference Des Espaces Autres, and the turn that is given, later to incorporate it into the understanding of architecture and the postmodern city.
With a qualitative approach, it starts from Foucault's embryonic concept, covering its context and its theoretical scope, through its decomposition. Foucault formulated the notion of heterotopia as a tool (unrestricted), to controvert spatial aspects of his contemporaneity; but it does not include an explicit architectonical disciplinary look. For this, both the reflexive critic and the architectonical exploration, worked, special attention is given to the interpretations and applications given as an instrument.
Having as a pillar, the Foucauldian idea of "toolbox", in this study, it was possible to give a new interpretation to the notion of heterotopia: it is useful for interpreting features of buildings and cities in postmodernity. In this sense, it is argued that the heterotopic nature – ‘the other’- is in the essence of the postmodern. This served to conclude that, from the singular, ‘the other’ (meaning, the strange), the heterotopic, in the postmodern architecture, can be understood as forms others (in relation with the modern). This becomes a paradox: the singular generalised as new order. Which produces, intentionally, others places, because the spatial syntaxis of the city is modified; that is to say, it turns the city an ‘other’ place.; Esta tesis estudia la noción original de heterotopía, seguidamente sus interpretaciones y aplicaciones en distintos autores y disciplinas.

In 1959, in the context of urban growth promoted by the ‘Plan Comarcal’, the so-called ‘Plan Parcial de La Mina’ was approved, and a new neighbourhood was expected to be built on the right bank of river Besòs area. However, it was only in 1968 that construction began, and only in 1972 the definitive project was finally set. A reason that explains both the delay and the frequent changes introduced in the urban planning can be found in the decision of using La Mina as one of the main destinations for ‘barraquistas’ or slums-dwellers in Barcelona.
From an architectural perspective, the role that La Mina assumed in the campaign against shacks entailed a series of adjustments, reductions and rashness that, shortly afterwards, would pose a risk to habitability conditions in the new neighbourhood. From a symbolic perspective, the bound that linked La Mina to the most despicable urban form in the history of Barcelona involved maintaining unfair stereotypes and negative characteristics traditionally assigned to the population from slums areas.
Considering the mentioned link as the principal axis of the reflection, this thesis proposes to explore the vague edges that separate the architectural structure of La Mina from its imaginary and from the quotidian experience of living in the neighbourhood. How have words, narratives, news, the media and photographs referring to La Mina influenced its process of spatial conformation? How have the representations of this place altered its current perception? What traces from past ‘barracas’ remain in this peripheral landscape? Why does La Mina continue to be identified as a paradigm of urban marginality almost fifty years after its construction?
During the whole research period, the aim to find answers to these questions has been guided by two basic premises. On the one hand, the importance of reassembling the history of the neighbourhood with a special focus on materials, both textual and graphic, preserved from La Mina and the near slum settlement El Camp de La Bota. On the other hand, the decision to introduce affection in the process of analysing and re-reading signs and traces left by imaginary and quotidian experience in the spatial structure of La Mina. Even though they have generally been excluded from architectural frameworks, not only fear, disdain and shame, but also pride and the sense of belonging or place attachment are essential dimensions when one tries to face the complexities and contradictions that define life in the neighbourhood of La Mina. Thus, history and affect have allowed building a firm base from which to look once more to La Mina leaving aside hackneyed topics and confronting all the questions, challenges and limits that this particular territory offers to the disciplines of Architecture and Urbanism; En el año 1959, en el marco de los procesos de urbanización surgidos al amparo del Plan Comarcal, se aprobó la ejecución del conocido como Plan Parcial de La Mina en los terrenos del margen derecho del río Besòs.
