We provide all geometric polyhedral realizations of Möbius' torus with 7 vertices. There are no simplicia1 realizations having a higher geometric symmetry than Császár's. We confirm two conjectures about the realization space of Mobius' torus posed by J. Reay. Above all, the article shows oriented matroids to be a useful tool for investigating polyhedral structures.

In this paper we describe how to construct all generically isostatic bar and body frameworks starting from the framework consisting of a single body. We also provide a new proof forthe theorem characterizing generically isostatic bar and body frameworks

The minimum number of diagonal cables to make a one-story building infinitesimally rigid was determined in Part I. The characterization of the minimum systems is now given in two special cases: If the underlying graph is not a tree, and if all the cables are parallel.

The method of Delaney symbols is used to classify by a computer program all periodic tilings of the Euclidean plane up to equivariant homeomorphisms for which the tiles can be coloured by black and white such that tiles sharing an edge have different colours, the symmetry group acts transitively on the black tiles, every tile has at least three edges and from every vertex at least three edges originate.

It is doubtful whether Napoleon knew enough geometry to prove Napoleon's theorem [3, p.63], and Escher apparently never found a proof for the last part of Escher's theorem. The first part of Escher's theorem is aform of converse of Napoleon's theorem, and both theorems can be proved using tessellations, a method that would surely have appealed to Escher with his love of filling the
plane with congruent shapes.
