dc.description.abstractPILARES (Smart Learning Analytics Platform to enhance Performance in Secondary Education ) is a research project aimed at developing a learning analytics platform for Spanish secondary schools' blended learning focused primarily at micro level (students, teachers, tutors and families). In this paper we contextualize the goal of the PILARES project in the wider panorama of learning analytics with references to the situation in the Spanish context.
