Desenvolupament d'un mòdul d'Odoo per Serveis Innubo S. L.

Abstract

En aquest projecte s’explica el desenvolupament d’un mòdul per Odoo v12 amb l’objectiu d’optimitzar el flux de treball del departament de màrqueting de l’empresa Serveis Innubo S.L. a l’hora de fer ofertes a clients. Serveis Innubo S.L. utilitza el software Odoo com a ERP, però a l’hora de configurar ofertes els comercials passen per un recorregut d’eines com fulles de càlcul Excel, documents Word i formularis fets amb PHP de forma repetida per acabar entrant les dades finals a Odoo. És per això, que he desenvolupat un mòdul per Odoo que engloba tot el que gestionen amb les eines esmentades de forma molt més ràpida, automàtica i integrat dins el mateix ERP. També distingeix diferents rols entre els usuaris de la plataforma per tal d’establir certs permisos que donaran un control sobre les ofertes a la directora de màrqueting que fins ara no tenia. L’aplicació d’aquest mòdul a l’empresa suposa un gran estalvi de temps i un increment de beneficis en cada oferta. Al llarg d’aquest projecte, es mostren els conceptes teòrics per tal de desenvolupar un mòdul per Odoo v12 i es detalla el desenvolupament del mòdul en qüestió, anomenat innubo_offer.

This project explains the development of a module for Odoo v12. The goal of this module is to optimize the workflow of the marketing department of the company Serveis Innubo S.L. Serveis Innubo S.L. uses the software Odoo as ERP, but to configure offers for the customers, the commercials work with tools like Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and forms made with PHP to end up entering the final results to Odoo. To replace this long and repetitive process, I have developed a module for Odoo that encompasses everything managed with the mentioned tools in a quicker and automatic way, integrated in the ERP. It also distinguishes different roles between the users of the platform in order to establish different kind of permissions that give the marketing director a control over the offers that she didn’t have since now. The application of this module to the company means an increase in productivity and in the benefits of each offer. This project, shows the theoretical concepts for developing a module for Odoo v12 and it details the development of the module in question, named innubo_offer.
