Estudi de les condicions ambientals dels fronts d'explotació d'una mina subterrània

Abstract

En el treball que es presenta a continuació es realitzarà un estudi el qual es basarà en valorar la viabilitat de l'aplicació de noves propostes per a millorar les condicions ambientals higromètriques en els fronts de treball de la mina de Cabanasses, per així fer front a les noves restriccions de la nova normativa europea d'emissió de gasos que s'implementarà l'any 2023, així com també disminuir les temperatures per augmentar el confort dels treballadors.

En la primera part del present document es realitza una descripció, on s’expliquen els fonaments teòrics on s’engloben els conceptes bàsics sobre les condicions ambientals, els paràmetres bàsics de la ventilació, la pròpia planificació de la ventilació i la descripció sobre els aparells de mesura, entre altres conceptes.

En la segona part, d’aplicació pràctica, després d’introduir el context del cas d’estudi amb la descripció de teoria necessària, es realitzaran una sèrie de càlculs per avaluar les noves propostes que es poden aplicar mitjançant la presa de dades en treball de camp i proporcionades per altres eines. A més en un dels estudis que s’ha realitzat es podrà visualitzar una comparativa de les condicions actuals vers a les futures condicions que s’esperen obtenir. En l’última part del treball, hi ha el capítol referent a opcions per a millorar les condicions climàtiques. Les propostes descrites estan valorades de forma teòrica i genèrica ja que no han estat provades experimentalment.

En breus paraules, es pot dir que en aquest treball es pretén com a principal finalitat analitzar les condicions climàtiques dels fronts d’explotació i avaluar una sèrie de millores per tal d’adaptar els fronts de treball de la mina de a una nova normativa europea més restrictiva.

In this work presented below, a study will be carried out which will be based on assessing the viability of the application of new proposals to improve the hygrometric environmental conditions on the work fronts of the Cabanasses mine, in order to deal with the new restrictions on the new European gas emissions regulations to be implemented in 2023, as well as lowering temperatures to increase worker comfort.

In the first part of this document a description is made, where the theoretical foundations are explained where the basic concepts on the environmental conditions, the basic parameters of the ventilation, the own planning of the ventilation and the description on the apparatuses are included of measurement, among other concepts.

In the second part, of practical application, after introducing the context of the case study with the necessary theory description, a series of calculations will be performed to evaluate the new proposals that can be applied by taking data at work field and provided by other tools. In addition, in one of the studies carried out, it will be possible to visualize a comparison of the current conditions towards the future conditions that are expected to be obtained.

In the last part of the work, there is the chapter on options for improving climatic conditions. The proposals described are evaluated theoretically and generically, as they have not been tested experimentally.

In short, it can be said that the main purpose of this work is to analyse the climatic conditions of the exploitation fronts and evaluate a series of improvements in order to adapt the working fronts of the mine to a new European regulation more restrictive.
