The following project consist about the design and materialisation of a set of pieces which allow the extraction of surplus material during the operation of a CNC machine. It must be a simple system and at the same time, should not interfere with the mobility of the machine. For the preparation of this design, a study has been made of the existing systems and the performance required to have a good performance. After this study, the piece has been designed according to the needs of the machine and its dimensions. So, an adaptable accessory has been designed for its machine. The design of this set has been focused on being the most adjusted to the machine, also, respecting the size and shape, applying some modifications, but keeping the same functionality, could be easily customizable to any model of CNC machine.
