The aim of the Department of Architectural Theory and its teaching activity at the Architecture Degree is to think and invite students to think about architecture. In this process, providing students with unbiased knowledge is mandatory and requires a fundamental shift to consider how to support and, at the same time, reestablish the links with the historical time to which contents refer. This conference paper presents a pedagogical experience that addresses a double implementation in the teaching of our field of knowledge. On the one hand, the mainstreaming of gender perspective, and on the other hand, the use of a mobile application (NAM) as an autonomous learning tool. This software tool brings together works of female architects produced over the postmodern time in Spain. The digital dissemination of this knowledge is a result of the investigation carried out by the research group on architecture and gender to which the lecturers of Architectural Theory belong.

El principal cometido del área de conocimiento de la Composición Arquitectónica en el Grado en Fundamentos de la Arquitectura es pensar y hacer pensar sobre dicha arquitectura. En este proceso, la aportación al alumnado de un conocimiento desprendido de sesgos es ineludible y requiere una reflexión sobre cómo sostener y, a la vez, restablecer los vínculos con el tiempo histórico al que sus contenidos hacen referencia. Esta comunicación presenta una experiencia pedagógica que aborda una doble implementación en la docencia del área, por un lado, la incorporación de la perspectiva de género, y por otro, el empleo de una aplicación de software (NAM) como herramienta de aprendizaje autónomo que está vinculada con la línea de investigación de arquitectura y género llevada a cabo por el mismo grupo investigador del que forma parte el profesorado y con la que se registra la producción de las arquitectas españolas durante la posmodernidad.
