This TFE will focus on explaining and analyzing the various methodologies used in project management, covering both traditional and modern 'agile' approaches. A thorough comparison between these methodologies will be conducted, concluding with the presentation of a practical case study based on a real project. During this analysis, the various issues and needs that arose in the project will be examined to determine the most appropriate methodology. Additionally, a small software will be developed to streamline processes that can be automated and repetitive. The choice will be based on the specific characteristics of the project with the aim of offering optimal management. Finally, a proposal will be presented to a real company, and the new methodoly will be applied on this real company, and ongoing support will be provided throughout the project's development to the company.
