The project to be developed aims to assess the current condition of the airport and determine whether an improvement of its infrastructure is required. To identify such potential improvements, an initial analysis of the airport's historical evolution will be carried out in order to establish a contextual framework regarding its development over time. Once the historical context of the airport's growth has been established, a probability analysis will be conducted to define how air traffic is expected to evolve. For this purpose, two estimation methods will be employed. On the one hand, future demand will be evaluated using multiple linear regression, considering factors such as GDP and exports. Subsequently, a second estimation will be performed using Ridge regression, and a comparison between both methods will be made to assess whether the predictions significantly differ from one another. After obtaining a clear understanding of the expected evolution of the airport's growth, different options will be evaluated to accommodate such expansion. The concept developed in this project will focus on the design and construction of a satellite terminal adjacent to Terminal 1. Subsequently, the functional requirements of the satellite terminal will be determined. For this purpose, the ADRM (Airport Development Reference Manual) will be used, as it specifies the fundamental requirements of an airport terminal. Once these requirements have been defined, the structural design of the satellite terminal will be undertaken, following the guidelines set forth in ICAO Annex 14. The graphical design will be developed using SolidWorks software. Finally, a sustainability study will be carried out to evaluate the potential social, economic, and environmental impacts associated with the implementation of this satellite terminal.

El proyecto que se va a desarrollar tiene como objetivo determinar el estado actual del aeropuerto y poder determinar si es necesario una mejora de la infraestructura. Para poder determinar esta mejora, inicialmente se analiza la evolución histórica del aeropuerto, de tal forma que se permite crear un contexto en relación a su evolución. Después de tener un contexto del desarrollo histórico del aeropuerto, se procederá a realizar un análisis de probabilidad para poder definir cómo evoluciona el tráfico aéreo. Para la realización de esto se emplean dos estimaciones. Por una parte se evaluará la futura demanda teniendo en cuenta la regresión lineal múltiple donde se tendrán en cuenta factores como el PIB o las exportaciones. Posteriormente se hará una estimación mediante la regresión de Ridge y finalmente se realizará una comparación entre las dos para observar si la predicción dista mucho entre ellas. Después de tener una idea clara de como está prevista la evolución del crecimiento del aeropuerto, se procederá a evaluar diferentes opciones que se podrían implementar para poder absorber dicho crecimiento. En el presente proyecto la idea que se va a desarrollar será la de la determinación y construcción de una terminal satélite que estará anexa a la terminal 1. Posteriormente se procederá a la determinación de las necesidades de la terminal satélite. Para eso se va a emplear el manual ADRM, donde se especifica de forma básica las necesidades de una terminal. Una vez definidas las necesidades, se procederá al diseño estructural de la terminal satélite. Para ello se seguirá las instrucciones definidas en el Anexo 14. Para el diseño gráfico se va a utilizar el programa SolidWorks. Finalmente se realizará un estudio de sostenibilidad para ver los impactos que tiene esta terminal satélite en el ámbitos social, económico y ambiental.
