Semantització de dades estructurades en el sector públic

Abstract

Coneixem com a Big Data les tecnologies que permeten la capacitat de gestió d’un gran volum de dades, siguin estructurades o no. L’anàlisi i la semantització de les dades d’una empresa o organització determinada, proporciona la capacitat d’identificar problemes, d’optimitzar operacions i de detectar nous serveis digitals, entre d’altres. Per aconseguir aquesta semantització, primer ens endinsarem en el marc teòric que envolta les dades, analitzant la web actual on es publica tota aquesta informació no estructurada. A més, en aquesta secció estudiarem els diferents llenguatges i aplicacions que ens permeten passar de dades completament bàsiques i sense format a obtenir dades interoperables amb un significat propi. El desenvolupament d’aquest treball es realitzarà a l’empresa Everis, on he estat assignada a dos projectes de dues organitzacions publiques diferents, per tal de poder estudiar d’a prop dos casos reals de semantització de dades.

Big Data isthe concept of the technology that allow the ability to manage a large volume of data, whether structured or unstructured. The analysis and semantization of data from a particular company or organization provides the ability to identify problems, optimize operations and detect digital services, among others. To achieve this semantization of specific data, we will first study the theoretical framework of the data, analysing the current Web where all this unstructured data is published nowadays and also, comparing with the Semantic Web that is being developed to make the semantization of the data possible. Furthermore, in this section we will study the different languages and applications that allow us to go from completely basic and unformatted data to obtaining interoperable data with its own meaning. The development of this work will be carried out at the company Everis, where I have been assigned to two projects of two different public organizations in order to be able to study closely two real cases of data semantics.
