Viabilitat econòmica d'una explotació avícola ecològica

Abstract

L’objectiu d’aquest projecte és validar la viabilitat econòmica d’una explotació avícola de posta ecològica, tot rehabilitant una antiga explotació avícola d’engreix que fa anys que és improductiva. La primera part del projecte en qüestió és un estudi preliminar de l’explotació avícola actual, on s’exposen i interpreten dades sobre el clima, l’estructura, els materials i l’orientació de les naus. L’anàlisi també inclou els documents necessaris que requereixen les normatives vigents del sector. Seguidament, es presenta la fase d’experimentació, on s’explica el mètode així com els arguments que fonamenten la màxima rendibilitat del projecte. Els paràmetres que s’exposen són la distribució de les naus, les reformes a fer, l’instalament de la maquinària necessària i tots els requeriments necessaris perquè la nau pugui produir ous ecològics de la manera més eficient possible. Finalment, cal destacar que el pla econòmic és cabdal en aquest treball. Per tal de fer el pressupost el més acurat possible s’ha consultat a diferents proveïdors de material així com treballadors externs, tenint en compte les característiques del projecte. Addicionalment, les diferents formacions que l’autor d’aquest treball ha dut a terme amb professionals del sector han aportat coneixement detallat i de primera mà dels costos diaris, l’explotació i dels possibles beneficis que donaria l’explotació de posta ecològica.

The aim of this project has been to validate the economic feasibility of an ecological laying poultry farm while rehabilitating an old fattening poultry farm that has been unproductive for years. The first part of the project in question is a preliminary study of the current poultry farm, where data about the climate, the structure, the materials, and the orientation of the different sheds, is presented. Moreover, the analysis includes the required documents to comply with the current sector legislation. The following part is the experimentation phase, in which the method as well as the arguments that sustain the maximum profitability of the project at hand are revealed. The different parameters that have been taken into account are the distribution of the sheds, the different needed reforms, machinery installation and all the necessary requirements for the poultry farm to produce organic eggs in the most efficient way. Finally, it is important to highlight how crucial the business plan is in this thesis. In order to assure the most optimal budget, different material providers and external workers have been contacted. Furthermore, the attendance to multiple courses with professionals from the sector by the author of this project, has added a clearer vision and profound knowledge about the daily costs, the exploitation, and the possible economic profit of the ecological layer poultry farm.
