El projecte pretén ser una proposta de disseny per a un client potencial com en el cas, LEGO. Concretament en la línia del packaging i la compra de maquinària. És un estudi de viabilitat, de canvi de sector utilitzant una gran marca per poder fer el salt i obrir portes a futurs clients del mateix sector i/o de productes similars a les peces LEGO. És un estudi de format de sobre i de les possibilitats que té l'empresa per tal d'adaptar-se al model del client. Per tal d'oferir la millor proposta possible s'ha dissenyat un sistema nou de dosificació assegurant el correcte envasat. D'altra banda al darrere hi ha tota una logística de col·locació del material, peces, etc. Es pretén demostrar al client que la maquinària que utilitza actualment està obsoleta i que la màquina que se li proposa té molta més rendibilitat i més projecció al futur. Per demostrar-ho es calculen els costos de maquinària i enginyeria i es fa una aproximació dels seus beneficis en comparativa amb la maquinària actual, la diferència és molt gran, tant de benefici com de producció. Ja que es pretén seguir amb el mercat dels envasats de plàstic almenys es vol donar solucions per a poder invertir en una sola màquina que t'aporti el valor de moltes per tal d'estalviar recursos innecessaris. L'estalvi també seria energètic i de plàstic a causa del tipus de film i de com produeix cada màquina el sobre.

It is also a study of the format pouch and the possibilities that has the company in order to adapt their Machines to a new model of client. In order to offer the best proposal, a new dosing system has been designed ensuring the correct packaging. On the other hand behind it there is a whole logistics of laying the material, parts, etc. It is intended to show the customer that the machinery he currently uses is obsolete and that the machine proposed has much more profitability and more projection in the future. To prove this, the costs of machinery and engineering are calculated and, an approximation of its benefits is made compared to the current machinery used by LEGO, the difference is very large, both in terms of profit and production. Since it is intended to continue with the plastic packaging market, at least we want to provide solutions to be able to invest in a single machine that provides you with the value of many in order to save unnecessary resources. The savings would also be energetic and plastic due to the type of film and how each machine produces the envelope.
