Abstract

Según las estadísticas un 75% de los músicos han tenido o tienen problemas relacionados con el tocar y existen diferentes factores que influyen el la aparición de estos problemas, algunos relacionados con el instrumento, con la sobre solicitación de la musculatura, con una técnica inapropiada, con el esfuerzo que implica tocar un instrumento, con la repetición del gesto y por ultimo también influyen las características individuales del músico. En realidad todas estas causas van a provocar una alteración de la biomecánica corporal que estará en la raíz de sobrecargas musculares, ligamentosas i articulares, aumento de tensión de los músculos, alteración del gesto y por último a la lesión.

As the statistical a 75% of the musicians have had or have problems related to playing and exist different factors that influence the beginning of these problems, some related with the instrument, with the on solicitation of the musculature, with an inappropriate technique, with the effort that involves to play an instrument, with the repetition of the gesture and at last also influence the individual characteristics of the musician. All these causes are going to cause an alteration of the body biomechanics that will be in the root of muscular, ligaments and articulation overuse, increases of muscle’s tension, alteration of the gesture and finally the appareance of an injury.
