Aplicació de l’enginyeria simultània al disseny de matrius transfer en l’automoció

Abstract

Aquest Treball de Final de Grau detalla l’aplicació de l’enginyeria simultània al procés de disseny i construcció d’utillatge per a la manufactura de components al sector de l’automoció. S’analitzen els processos interns d’una empresa Tier 1 del consorci alemany Volkswagen per a afrontar les dificultats que apareixen a causa d’aplicar aquesta metodologia durant la seva fase de disseny. Addicionalment, aquest informe estudia i analitza un dels principals inconvenients que sorgeixen a partir de desenvolupar les matrius a mida que el client defineix la geometria final del component. A partir d’aquest estudi, s’han dissenyat i implantat diferents indicadors al departament d’enginyeria de l’empresa per a recaptar informació clau, processar-la i monitoritzar-la a través d’un Dashboard.

This Final Degree Project details the application of simultaneous engineering to the process of design and construction of tools for the manufacture of components in the automotive sector. The internal processes of a Tier 1 company of the German consortium Volkswagen are analysed to face the difficulties that appear due to applying this methodology during its design phase. Additionally, this report studies and analyses one of the main drawbacks that arise from developing matrices as the customer defines the final geometry of the component. From this study, different indicators have been designed and implemented in the company’s engineering department to collect key information, process it and monitor it through a Dashboard.
