Disseny elèctric i automatització d'un forn tèrmic de convecció per acabat de peces

Abstract

El present projecte pretén donar una visió tant general com particular de totes les etapes i aspectes tècnics implicats en el disseny elèctric d’un forn de tractament tèrmic per acabats de peces mecàniques. Es presenten tots els sistemes mecànics, sistemes elèctrics de potència i control, instrumentació de camp, sistemes de regulació i control, càlculs pel disseny elèctric de la instal·lació, càlculs per la construcció de l’armari elèctric de potència i control i d’altres aspectes relacionats amb el disseny elèctric. El forn de tractament tèrmic és un sistema més dins del conjunt de sistemes mecànics i elèctrics englobats en la línia de tractament mecànic per acabats de peces. En aquet cas, es tracta d’una instal·lació de pintura liquida que té com a objectiu aplicar una capa final de pintura a les peces per aconseguir l’acabat desitjat. El forn es compon per tres zones de calor i una de refrigeració. Les zones de calor es troben ubicades al pis superior i la de refrigeració està a la part inferior, ocupant tota la llargada del forn.

This Degree Final project aims to give an overview but also detailed vision of all the phases and technical aspects involved in the design of an industrial heat treating oven for mechanical parts finishing. All the subsystems are explained, such as the mechanicals, electrics, power and control and others related with the electrical design. The industrial heating treating oven consists of mechanical and electrical subsystems, all of them takes part on the entire line of the finishing process. In this case, there is an installation of liquid paint, which has the aim to apply a fine coat on the mechanical parts and to obtain the desired finish. The oven is manly composed by three zones of heat and one of cooling. The heat zones are located on the top flor and the cooling on the lower, taking all the process line space
