In the project that is developed then, will be performing rehabilitation and change of use  of  the  “Santa  Rita’s  patronal  house”  and  the  projection  of  a  sustainable  house  for  caretakers of the property. From the University of Talca, exists the wish of create a cultural centre in the country property to attend the increasing necessities of the city and to be a point of reference. The property is in very poor conditions due to the earthquake in February 2010 and its lack of  use  in  recent  years.  Located  in  the  commune  of  Pelarco,  has  4.295  square  meters  of  constructed area, divided in two courtyards and with a large area of land. The original construction consists in adobe walls and a traditional tiled roof resting on trusses. The roof structure  extends  to  the  façade  areas,  the  southern  courtyard  and  northern  courtyard  covering the corridors. About the typology of existing foundations is unknown exactly.
