Projecte de protecció contra incendis d'una nau destinada a l'emmagatzematge de productes cosmètics

Abstract

Aquest treball final de grau ha tingut com objectiu donar una visió general del desenvolupament d’un projecte de protecció contra incendis mitjançant l’exemple real de la construcció d’una nau destinada a l’emmagatzematge logístic de gran altura de productes cosmètics ubicada a les Masies de Voltregà.. La nau de més 8.000m2 construïts es divideix en quatre grans sectors: dos sectors d’emmagatzematge de gran altura, un sector mixta d’expedicions i emmagatzematge a gran altura i un quart d’oficines. Disposant d’una zona d’àmbit industrial i una zona d’àmbit no industrial, permet aplicar les dues normatives RSCIEI (industrial) i DB SI(no industrial) enriquint el projecte. El treball ha estat dividit en tres capítols: En primer lloc es desenvolupa una memòria acadèmica on es dona una visió general de la importància de l’estudi de protecció contra incendis en el desenvolupament de qualsevol edificació. S’exposen les fases conforme un projecte de protecció contra incendi, la normativa aplicada a nivell nacional i factors que cal tenir en consideració. Segonament, es desenvolupa un estudi sobre el sistema de ruixadors estudiant dos casos: el cas real executat, un magatzem de risc extra d’emmagatzematge (REAIII) i un segona hipòtesi per la protecció d’un magatzem robotitzat als sectors 1 i 2. Aquests dos casos permet veure tot el desenvolupament del projecte des de l’òptica tècnica i aplicant la normativa europea UNE i normatives de reconegut prestigi com pot ser la NFPA o les normes de FM GLOBAL Finalment es desenvolupa el projecte de protecció contra incendis valorant la protecció de part activa i passiva. A la data de l’entrega del treball final de grau, la nau es troba al final de la seva construcció i es preveu que s’entregui a finals d’Agost.

The objective of this project is the development of the fire protection project of an industrial warehouse for cosmetic products storage. The building is divided into four large sectors: two high-rise storage sectors, a mixed sector of high-altitude expeditions and storage and a quarter of offices. Having an industrial area and a non-industrial area, it allows the application of the two regulations RSCIEI (industrial) and DB SI (non-industrial) enriching the project. The Project has been divided in three chapters: First of all, an academic report is developed which gives an overview of the importance of the fire protection study in the development of any building. The phases are set out in accordance with a fire protection project, the regulations applied at national level and factors that need to be taken into account. Second, a study is developed on the sprinkler system studying two cases: the actual case executed a warehouse of extra risk of storage (REAIII) and a second hypothesis for the protection of a robotic warehouse in sectors 1 and 2. These two cases allows to see all the development of the project from the technical optics and applying the European UNE norm and norms of recognized prestige as it can be the NFPA or the GLOBAL FM norms. Finally, the fire protection project is developed valuing the protection of active and passive part. On the date of delivery of the final degree project, the ship is at the end of its construction and is expected to be delivered at the end of August.
