Dado un conjunto de textos médicos escritos por médicos en las consultas, que posteriormente han sido anotados destacando las entidades médicas referentes a diagnósticos, se ha explorado la clasificación binaria de dichas menciones usando diferentes métodos. Las dos clases son: Actual: es la primera vez que ocurre el evento descrito por la mención en el historial clínico del paciente. Pasado: la entidad hace referencia a un evento puntual que se dio en el pasado. Para ello se ha realizado una investigación sobre que métodos se pueden usar en un problema de dichas características, y se han implementado dos baseline y un sistema de machine learning.

Given a set of medical texts written by doctors in the consultations, which have subsequently been annotated highlighting the medical entities referring to diagnoses, the binary classification of these mentions has been explored using different methods. The two classes are: Current: this is the first time that the event described by the mention in the patient's medical record has occurred. Past: the entity refers to a specific event that occurred in the past. For this, an investigation has been carried out on what methods can be used in a problem of these characteristics, and two baselines and a machine learning system have been implemented.
