Anàlisi, càlcul i disseny d’un sistema de frens d’un monoplaça F1

Abstract

El present projecte de final de grau tracta sobre l'anàlisi, càlcul i disseny d’un sistema de frens d’un monoplaça F1. Per dur a terme el projecte primer de tot s’ha considerat convenient resumir la història de la F1 com la normativa vigent que s’ha de seguir alhora de fer un anàlisi d’un sistema de frenada d’un monoplaça així, com tot el funcionament de tots i cada un dels components que formen aquest sistema. Seguidament, s’han realitzat els càlculs que intervenen durant una frenada d’un monoplaça amb aquestes característiques, com un disseny 3D per veure el funcionament. Finalment, s’ha dut a terme les conclusions del treball fent un anàlisi dels resultats obtinguts durant el càlcul.

This final degree project deals with the analysis, calculation and design of a brake system for an F1 car. To carry out the project, first of all it has been considered convenient to summarize the history of F1 as the current regulations that must be followed, at the same time as making an analysis of a braking system of such a single-seater, like all the operation of each and every one of the components that make up this system. Next, the calculations that take place during the braking of a single-seater with these characteristics have been carried out, as a 3D design to see how it works. Finally, the conclusions of the work have been carried out by analyzing the results obtained during the calculation.
