ACSP-AESOP THIRD JOINT CONGRESS
Leuven (Belgium), july 8th-12th, 2003 After the highly successful experience of ACSP-AESOP (Association of European Schools of Planning) Joint Congresses in Oxford (1991) and Toronto (1996) we warmly welcome the European and American planning scholars, not to forget our dear colleagues from the other continents to join us in Leuven-Belgium for the third joint congress. On many levels this promises to become an exciting event. The overall theme of the congress 'The Network Society: The New context for planning' provides the opportunity to address a wide range of topics which will be faced by planning educators and professionals the coming years.
