| Resum: | The Minister of Higher Education of Sudan, George Bureng V. Nyombe, talked with GUNI about the changes of higher education in East African countries. Minister Nyombe considers that, although there is a lot of work to be done, the knowledge generated in this area can be directly used for economic development. He also believes that the end of brain drain from Africa begins to have positive effects in the region. |
