Pràcticum en rehabilitació al gabinet tècnic M314 Arquitectura

Abstract

Aquest treball de fi de grau és el recull de la feina realitzada i dels coneixements obtinguts durant el període de pràctiques comprès entre l’Octubre de 2015 i Febrer de 2016 al gabinet tècnic M314 Arquitectura. L’objectiu principal del treball objecte d’aquest document ha estat reflectir el treball realitzat en diverses obres de rehabilitació d’edificis. El mètode utilitzat ha consistit en analitzar individualment cadascuna de les obres seguides, diferenciant a la vegada la feina de camp i el treball pròpiament d’oficina. L’estructura de la memòria s’organitza de la següent manera; inicialment faig una breu explicació del gabinet, la seva història, els serveis que ofereix, quines feines duu a terme majoritàriament i la metodologia de treball que utilitzen. Seguidament exposo quina ha sigut la meva feina dins de l’empresa, expressant en primer lloc cadascuna de les obres que he fet un seguiment i consecutivament les feines que han comportat més temps a l’oficina, com són la redacció de memòries tècniques, ITE’s, CEE i CDH. En l’apartat de seguiment d’obra exposo quatre obres en les que intento reflectir els motius de la rehabilitació, les feines realitzades i unes conclusions extretes a mode de reflexió personal tècnica de tot allò executat que he observat. En la feina d’oficina explico la metodologia utilitzada per dur a terme algunes de les tasques que se m’han demanat amb més freqüència i que representen el procés per a que un projecte sigui executable, la valoració sobre l’estat de conservació d’un edifici, la valoració i certificació de l’eficiència energètica d’immobles i l’acreditació d’habitatges per a ser residits. Finalment, he exposat també unes conclusions de caire personal pel que fa a l’experiència viscuda i sobre el que he pogut veure del funcionament del món professional, que ha estat molt enriquidor.

ENGLISH: This final degree thesis is the recompilation of the performed work and the acquired knowledge during the internship developed since October 2015 until February 2016 in the M314 Arquitectura technical cabinet. The report/memory’s structure is organized as follows; initially I give a brief explanation of the cabinet, its history, the services by them offered, the tasks mostly carried out, and their work methodology. Then, I expose the tasks I have carried out in the company, expressing firstly the constructions which I have monitored and checked, and consecutively the tasks that have involved more time in the office, such as the drafting of technical reports, ITE’s, CEE and CDH. In the construction monitoring section, I expose four “buildings” in which I intend to reflect the rehabilitation’s reason, the tasks carried out and the conclusions extracted by way of personal technical reflection of all the observed and executed work. In the office work section I explain the used methodology to carry out some of the tasks which I have more frequently been asked the do and which represent the process to become a project executable, the assessment about the conservation status of a building, the valuation and buildings energetic efficiency certificate, and accreditations of housing to live in”.
