Nowadays mobile apps are having a great impact in our society, expanding rapidly. With new technologies and resources that internet provides, any person can create an app. For being able to reach a great amount of users, it is important that the app is translated in all possible languages. But not only the translation is important for increasing his users, there is a need to adapt it to the geographic region that is related to, as well to the context of the app. In the first part of this proyect there is a study about all the different available options for the translation and location of the apps. After analyzing each one of them, It is concluded that the best option is to use an online platform for the translation, because it is automatized and it speeds up the whole translation process and, furthermore, It guarantees cohesivity and suitability, since they are translated by workers instead of automatic translators that might make untrustworthy translations Currently there are several platforms working on this task, Some of the most relevant ones are being studied, focusing and pointing out their most important characteristics. In the second part, the management of the multi-language platform in an android app, called Adheptor, is introduced. This mobile app is used by Hepatitis C patients to keep a record of their medical treatment. The management of this multi-language translation app is done by OneSky online platform, where the translatable data is uploaded to the cloud, and there other people can cooperate with the translation.
