In the context of the subject “Chemistry”, we propose activities that imply a very active participation of students. Our main goal is that a suitable working environment motivates students to learn and to develop their creative capacity. This condition is fundamental at all professional levels, especially for engineers. We have in mind that there are many elements that contribute to creativity. In the present work we plan to apply and to monitor three of them: motivation, initiative and innovation.
