  • A modification of DYMO routing protocol with knowledge of nodes’ position: proposal and evaluation

Zola, Enrica Valeria; Barceló Arroyo, Francisco; Martín Escalona, Israel (Springer, 2015)
    Conference report

Knowledge of the physical location of the nodes is known to improve performance in wireless networks. This is especially true in MANETs, where routing protocols face a continuously changing topology. In the past, routing ...
  • Self-managed resources in network virtualisation environments

Mijumbi, Rashid; Serrat Fernández, Juan; Gorricho Moreno, Juan Luis (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), 2015)
    Conference report
    Open Access
Network virtualisation is a promising technique for dealing with the resistance of the Internet to architectural changes. This is achieved by enabling a novel business model in which infrastructure management is decoupled ...

  • Attribute-based authorization for structured Peer-to-Peer (P2P) networks

Suarez Touzeda, Diego; Sierra Camara, Jose Maria; Zeadally, Sherali; Soriano Ibáñez, Miguel (Elsevier, 2015-11-01)
    Article

We present the deficiencies of traditional identity-based authorization models in structured Peer-to-Peer (P2P) networks where users' Public Key Certificates (PKCs) represent two roles, authentication and authorization, ...
  • An empirical overview of the No Free Lunch Theorem and its effect on Real-World Machine Learning Classification

Gomez Guillen, David; Rojas Espinosa, Alfonso (2016-01-01)
    Article
