dc.description.abstractFrequencyvariationsintheelectricalnetworkmaycauseadramaticperformancedecayinrepetitive controlledactivefiltersintendedtoremoveodd-harmonicdistortioninsingle-phaseACloads.This work presentsanodd-harmonicrepetitivecontrollerforashuntactivepowerfilterthataddressessuch a performanceproblem.Thisisachievedbymeansofanadaptivechangeofthesamplingperiodofthe digitalcontroller.However,thisactionimpliesstructuralchangesthatmayresultinanoverall destabilizationoftheclosed-loopsystem.Hence,asmall-gaintheorem-basedrobustcontroldesign techniqueallowstoobtainacontrollerwhichassuresBIBOstabilityintherequiredsamplingperiod interval.Experimentalresultsvalidatetheproposal.
