El grup de recerca Sushitos duu a terme activitats d’investigació, de desenvolupament de programari, de transferència de tecnologia, de comunicació científica i de formació centrada en l’àmbit de les Tecnologies d’Informació aplicades en àmbits Humanístics i Socials.
Entre d'altres camps específics, Sushitos es focalitza principalment en recerca i desenvolupament de Tecnologies d'Informació i Comunicació (TIC) en camps com la incorporació de dispositius mòbils a sistemes d’informació, l’orientació a serveis i cloud computing, aplicat en àmbits com el de l'educació (e-learning, m-learning, continguts digitals, analítica del procés l'aprenentatge, etc) i el desenvolupament sostenible.

Our research activities focus on the definition, design and provision of services based on information technology in online, mobility and ubiquity contexts in the educational, social and humanistic domains, based on the paradigm of free software and open standards.
