Determinación de la temperatura de termofijado del poliéster mediante análisis termomecánico

Abstract

La determinación de la temperatura efectiva del tratamiento térmico aplicado a sustratos de poliéster en el procesado textil ha sido ampliamente estudiada mediante calorimetría diferencial de barrido (DSC). En este trabajo, los autores han estudiado las posibilidades del análisis termomecánico (TMA) como método de determinación de esta temperatura. Para ello se han analizado mediante DSC y TMA tejidos de poliéster termofijados en una planta industrial entre 160 y 210ºC. Los buenos resultados obtenidos muestran las posibilidades de esta técnica para la determinación de la temperatura efectiva de un tratamiento térmico.

The determination of the effective temperature of the thermal treatment applied to polyester substrates in the textile process has been broadly studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). In this investigation, the authors have studied the possibilities of the termomechanical analysis (TMA) as a method for the determination of this temperature. For this purpose, fabrics of polyester heatset in an industrial plant between 160 and 210 C, have been analyzed by DSC and TMA. The good results obtained show the possibilities of this technique for the determination of the effective temperature of a thermal treatment.

La détermination de la température effective du traitement thermique appliqué aux substrats en polyester dans le procédé textile a été amplement étudiée par la calorimetrie differentielle de balayege (DSC). Dans cette investigation, les auteurs ont étudié les possibilités de l'analyse thermomecanique (TMA) comme une méthode pour la détermination de cette température. A cet effet, les tissus en polyester thermofixés dans une plante industrielle entre 160 et 210ºC ont été analysés par DSC et TMA.
