Many organizations use an improvement methodology that is a mixture or Lean and Six Sigma. The theoretical framework as how to integrate both methods are not clearly defined, there is small bibliography on the subject and in practice the integration ways are very diverse in all senses: organizational, methodologies and tools (especially statistical tools). The aim of this project is to analyse this diversity, identify good practices and to purpose a model sustained in solid theoretical basis and efficient in practice.
