Pràcticum a l'empresa Construcciones Técnico Especializadas S.A.

Abstract

El següent projecte final de grau és realitza en el conveni de pràcticum a l’empresa Construcciones Técnico Especializadas S.A. L’empresa esmentada està situada a Santa Coloma de Gramenet i es dedica bàsicament al sector de les obres públiques encara que també ha portat a terme obres relaciones amb l’edificació. La durada del pràcticum, en quant als meus treballs a l’empresa, està compresa des del 2 de Febrer fins al 20 de Juny de 2014. La intenció d’aquest treball és exposar de manera genèrica en que consisteix la obra civil i d’altra banda, detallar els treballs que he aportat a l’empresa durant la meva estança. Una dificultat extra a l’hora de confeccionar la memòria ha sigut el llenguatge tècnic que s’utilitza en el món de les obres públiques i més concretament, en el món de les licitacions. L’estructura del treball es composa de 3 parts: un primer apartat, on es fa una breu explicació de la composició i treballs de l’empresa així com també de com funcionen les licitacions i la presentació de concursos com a empresa contractista; un segon apartat, el qual explica en que consisteixen els treballs que he realitzat durant aquests mesos de pràcticum basat en la presentació d’ofertes; per últim, s’adjunten una sèrie d’annexes que conformen uns dossiers amb informació de les ofertes presentades per l’empresa a concursos de l’administració i que he realitzat, mitjançant plànols o altres mètodes com el programa TCQ 2000, durant els treballs a l’empresa. Finalment, aquests mesos de treballs a l’empresa m’han servit per conèixer de nou i veure de primera mà com funciona el món de les obres públiques i com es confeccionen i presenten les ofertes per a guanyar un determinat contracte que ha emès l’administració pública en forma de licitació.

English: The next project is had done in the practicum agreement of the company Construcciones Técnico Especializadas S.A. The company mentioned is located in Santa Coloma de Gramenet and is engaged basically about the public works sector although it has carried out works with building relations. The duration of the practicum, in regards to my work at the company, it is understood from 2 February until June 20, 2014. The intention of this paper is to expose generally in what consists the civil works and on the other hand, detailing the work that I have contributed to the company during my stay. An extra difficulty when it comes to making the memory has been the technical language that is used in the world of public works and more specifically, in the world of bids. The structure of the work is composed on 3 parts: the first section, where there is a brief explanation of the composition and works of the company as well as how they work and the presentation of the bids and tenders that we do as a contractor; the second section, which explains that consist the work I've done during these months in the company based on the presentation of bids. Finally, it attached a series of annexes that form a dossier with information about the bids submitted by the company contests the Administration and I have made, using clips or other methods as the program TCQ 2000, during the work in the company. Finally, these months of work at the company I have been used to meet from new and see on the first-hand how works this world from the public works and how to prepare and submit bids to win a particular contract that has issued the public administration in the form of tender.
