dc.description.abstract | In this paper we have analyzed and experimentally evaluated the performance of energy saving techniques, namely the implementation of a wake-up circuit radio within the architecture of a sensor node. To determine the advantages and main limitations in terms of scope, consumption and implementation complexity, the work was performed using simulators and prototype printed circuit boards. |
