The objective of that thesis is finding the optimal micro combined heat and power plant, using a fuel cell, for a family house. One point is the choice of the best physical configuration (serie, parallel...) of the different elements of the system. And the second part is the selection of the best energy strategy (heat led, current led, costs optimization, emissions optimization...), according to the specific needs of each user profil. It will be done through the modelling and simulation in Matalb-Simulink of the whole system. Some of the element will be taken from a specific library (the storage tank, the heater...) and other will be modelled (the fuel cell and some hydraulic elements). After that, the different configurations and energy strategies will be simulated, using electricity, heater and warm water demand profiles. The obtained results will be analysed, to extract the best combination of configuration of the micro-CHP and energy strategy.
