utilizando métodos cuantitativos o cualitativos.; The concept of organizational citizen behaviour (OCB) has grown in popularity in
the literature, and has received a great deal of theoretical and empirical study.
However, various authors have emphasized the need of gaining a greater understanding of the antecedents of each dimension that makes up this construct, as few authors have focused on these aspects (Podsakoff et al., 2000). Hence, this study aims at analyzing the individualized consideration of leadership, the innovative organizational climate and the proactive personality, as possible antecedents of change-oriented and altruist organizational citizenship behaviors, by means of a revision and extension of the main studies that have dealt with such constructs. In this sense, the present study develops various propositions, derived from a conceptual model, whose aim is to advance the understanding related with OCB antecedents, so that future research can test them from an empirical point of view, using qualitative or quantitative methods.

La segunda, la de los descuentos graduales.; We consider commercial discounts for buying based on rappels. If a uniform type discount is taken, then an unwanted paradox appears: the “buyer trick”. To avoid this paradox, two proposals are presented. Both of them observe the basic principle “to a greater order, a greater discount”. The first one is that of continuous discounts. The second consists of following a table of graded discounts.

de los futuros titulados y hemos propuesto 14 competencias desglosadas en 53 objetivos formativos.; There are several aspects that determine the engineering education, that must be taken into account in developing the curriculum within the context of the European Higher Education Area. These curriculums are documents that reflect, among other things, what to learn, how to learn and evaluate what is learned, and when, in what sequence, should to be learned. In this paper we focus on what skills, attitudes and values should be learned in the bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering. We conducted an extensive review of literature, read in depth 38 references and 3 focus groups. These activities have enabled us to identify a sequence of curriculum development and 2 views of the profession. From this point
we have raised the domain of future raduates and we have proposed 14 competencies, broken down into 53 skills training objectives.

Framework for the analysis of executive information systems based on the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use

The acquisition and use of information are key factors in successful executive performance. Although there are various and different media that executives use to
obtain information, in the last decade the academic research has emphasised computer-based systems. Inside this group of systems, we can find the Executive Information Systems (EIS), which are tools that can help executives to obtain relevant informationmore efficiently.Recently, EIS have been analyzed through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with significant results. A deeper review of these results, the existing literature, as well as our own experience, suggest there are some factors that affect to the use of EIS indirectly or as moderating variables, instead of directly as recent studies suggest. The objective of our research is to propose a framework based on the TAM, which shows the different types of factors that affect to the Perceived Usefulness (U) and Perceived Ease of Use(EOU) of EIS, as well as how the kind of influence of these factors on U and EOU.

Let others manufacture! Towards a new manufacturing framework

Global manufacturing virtual networks (GMVNs) constitute a new type of vertical
and horizontal relations between independent companies or even competitors where it is not needed to maintain internal manufacturing resources but to manage
and share the network resources. The fluid relations that exist within the GMVNs
allow them a very permeable organization easy to connect and disconnect from one
to each other as well as to choose a set of partners with specific attributes. The
result is a highly flexible system characterized by low barriers to entry and exit, geographic flexibility, low costs, rapid technological diffusion, high diversification through contract manufacturers and exceptional economies of scale and specialization. This paper analyses the causes behind the formation of such networks, their strategy, structure, dynamics and culture, taking into account
areas such as strategic alliances between competitors, the permeable and diffuse
nature of the network actors, the inherent paradox of collaborating with competitors, cross-cultural issues or information and communication technologies at the network level. This work will clarify and put these organizations in perspective and will analyze their evolution over the next few years.
